What is my payoff?

Contact us to see exactly what your payoff is on your account, your most recent transaction balance is not your payoff, it will be close but not the exact payoff amount.

Can I make payments online?

You can elect to make a onetime payment using a different payment method. If you want us to use your new information to set up automatic payments, email us at support@usaservicefinance.com informing us you want to set up automatic payments and authorize us to use your new information for those payments.

Does USA Finance accept allotments?

Yes, allotments are still permitted for travel even after the changes in January 2015 and we do accept them. Email us at support@usaservicefinance.com and ask for instructions to set up an allotment.

Does USA Finance send out a monthly statement?

Yes, we send a monthly statement to the email address you provided when you signed your contract. The monthly statement tells you the date and amount of the last payments we received, the amount past due, and the amount of your next payments and when it is due.

Does USA Finance send receipts?

USA Service Finance sends a monthly statement but does not send a receipt unless it is specifically requested.

I already have an account with USA Finance and want to take another trip, what do I need to do?

To book another trip, you will need to contact your travel finance agency directly and place a request.

What if I have a question regarding my itinerary?

Any Questions regarding your itinerary will have to be directed to the company which booked your flight.
